Information that we collect
You can use almost the entire website offers without our needing of your personal data. Only a few offers and services that you find on our pages require the use of personal data.
When you use the website, the internet servers automatically record and analyse technical access data. However, these data cannot be assigned to a specific person; the single user remains anonymous. A merge with other data will not occur.
Protecting the privacy of persons under 16 years old in internet
PFARR Stanztechnik GmbH does not knowingly collect or use in any way minor’s (under 16 years of age) personal data. As a rule, we are not aware the age of the visitors of our website. However, we do not possess specific measures to protect especially such data.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies, for example where the data subject has objected to processing for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy.
The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her. The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art.21 GDPR).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation (Art. 77 GDPR).
